Shrimp and noodle soup

Introduction

Really yummy, filling, and low cal Really yummy, filling, and low cal
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups of water
    1/2 medium plantain (shredded)
    a pinch of badia complete seasoning (or any other complete seasoning)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    About 20 pieces of medium shrimp
    1/4 cup of short, thin mexican style noodles

Directions

Bring water to a boil
Throw plantains into pot and let it cook on med high heat for about 10 minutes
Add the seasoning and noodles and keep cooking for about 12 more minutes
Add the shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink
Adjust the salt and pepper to taste
serve :)
