Introduction

This Papaya shake is very filling and delicious... This can serve as a breakfast shake when in a rush or in the mood for something quick and easy!! This Papaya shake is very filling and delicious... This can serve as a breakfast shake when in a rush or in the mood for something quick and easy!!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Fresh large Papaya
    Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
    Sugar (3 Tbsp)
    Evaporated Milk (1 Can)
    Ice Cubes (about 1/2 a tray)

Directions

Cut Papaya into small pieces and put into blender
Add one can of Evaporated Milk
Add half a tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
Add three tablespoons of sugar (or less if desired)
Add about six Ice cubes and start to blend for about 1-2 minutes

Serving Size: 8 oz
