Ingredients

    1 Lrge Green Bell Pepper chopped
    1 Lrge Red Bell Pepper chopped
    1 Lrge Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
    1 Lrge Orange Bell Pepper chopped
    1 large Sweet Onion chopped
    2 Raw Ripe Tomato (Medium, whole),chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp chopped fine
    Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Optional to spice it up:
    1 to 2 Raw Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper chopped fine

Directions

Mix all chopped ingredients in large bowl
Add oil and lemon
Stir

Serving Size: makes 16 1/2 c. servings
