Introduction

A souper veggie soup to help use up some freezer stuff :) A souper veggie soup to help use up some freezer stuff :)
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    zucchini
    summer squash
    wax beans (frozen)
    peas (frozen)
    carrots- grated
    onions(red and yellow)
    sweet potato (frozen)
    navy beans (1 can)
    stewed tomatoes (1 can)
    Dubliner cheese (1 tbl)
    water
    garlic
    VEGIT
    Italian seasoning
    pepper



Directions

chop fresh veggies
saute in olive oil until onions are just slightly translucent
add frozen veg
season with VEGIT and Pepper and Italian seasonings
Add canned tomatoes and beans
Add 6 cups of water
add more water as needed to keep soup thin
