2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup oil
5 tsp fresh grated ginger
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and soda, and salt ( 0.5tsp)
3. Add the maple syrup and molasses, oil and ginger. Stir together until it's just mixed
4. Scoop small spoon- sized portions onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 - 15 min.
