    *Bob's Red Mill High Protein TVP (dry), 2 cup
    *Coconut Milk, 24 oz
    *sugar free vanilla Torani syrup, 4 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    6 oz water

Directions

Mix everything together in the crock pot, cook for 2 hours. Serving Size: 6
