Started on the HCG Protocol and decided to share some of the recipes I am using that helped me stay full while successfully losing weight and adhering to the guidelines. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    10 Cups Spring Water
    1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
    2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
    1 Cup Cucumber (chopped)
    1 Cup Spinach (shredded)
    1 Cup Celery (chopped)
    1 Cup Onion (chopped)
    2 Cups Asparagus (chopped)

Directions

In a large pot combine all ingredients. Cook until tender. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1.5-Cup Servings
