IntroductionMy take on low country shrimp and grits. My take on low country shrimp and grits.
Brummel & Brown, 1 Tbsp
Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
Shrimp, 6 oz
Garlic, 1 clove, minced
Lemon Juice, 2 tsp
Quaker Plain Corn Grits, 1 1/2 cup (prepared)
Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup
2. Cook grits according to package directions, when done add cheddar cheese and mix well.
3. Sever shrimp on grits and devour at will.
