Chicken Creole skillet prepared

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers Slices Haddon House, 1 slice chopped
    Tomatoes petite diced Hunt's, 1.75 cup
    Salt, 0.25 tsp (optional)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Mandarin oranges Dole, 4 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Spray skillet with olive oil or pour about 2 tbsp in pan & heat. Add chopped onion, red bell pepper & jalapeno pepper & cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, salt & pepper & chicken cut into strips. Heat on low in covered pan for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then serve over brown rice.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings approximately 1 1/2 cups
