Quick Potato Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    2 Organic Potatoes

    1 Cup Frozen Organic Vegetables

    1 Can Vegetable Broth

    0.5 Cup Green Onion

    0.25 Cup Hot Water

Directions

Pre-boil potatoes

Cut potatoes up into cubes, dice green onions

Add broth to pot, bring to a simmer

Add the potatoes, green onion and 0.5 cup of frozen vegies, add no more than 0.25 Cup of water for consistancy of your choosing.

Boil until vegies are soft

Serve and Enjoy!
