Low-Fat Cherry Chip Microwave Cake

Introduction

This is a low fat cake that is quick and easy to make and tastes GREAT!! When you need a little sugar, but don't want to BLOW the diet... try it! You can also use other flavors of cake mixes, but our favorite so far is the cherry chip! Enjoy experimenting!! This is a low fat cake that is quick and easy to make and tastes GREAT!! Ingredients

    Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix
    Betty Crocker Cherry Chip Cake Mix
    Water

Directions

Mix the two cake mixes together. Put in a container that seals well for storage. When you want a quick dessert, follow these directions:

1) Get out a microwave safe mug
2) Put 1/3 cup of cake 'mix' into the mug
3) Add 2 Tablespoons of water
4) Microwave for approximately 30 seconds per cup.
(This is the tricky part, since every microwave is different.)
5) Let sit for 1 minute in microwave.
6) Eat - yummm!!
7) You can slice strawberries to top to make it even healthier!!
