Introduction

Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 c mozza shredded
    4 slices of bread, cubed
    2/3 c milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp salt and pepper each
    2 tsp oregano
    ~ 21 jumbo pasta shells
    ~ 5 c pasta sauce
    2 c parmesan cheese grated

Directions

Place milk and cubed bread in bowl to soak
Cook and drain beef, turn off heat
Add egg, spices, soaked bread and mozza -- mix up
Place enough tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish so shells won't stick
Stuff all the shells with meat mixture
Pour remaining sauce over all shells
Top with parmesan cheese
Bake appox 45 min at 350 F
