Chassy Cakes Cream of Chicken and Rice

Introduction

Creamy Chicken Breast, with a hint of acidity, poured over rice. Creamy Chicken Breast, with a hint of acidity, poured over rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Pound Chicken Breast
    1 C Long Grain Rice
    1/2 C Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 C Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Lemon
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Cook Rice
2. Squeeze Lemon Juice over Raw Chicken (Skinless and Boneless)

3. Season Meat
4. Saute Chicken in a Skillet w/Olive Oil for 2 minutes on each Side
5. Drain Chicken, pour into a baking dish, add soups, cook in oven (350 degrees), for 30 minutes.

I usually serve sauteed, garlic, lime green beans with this dish.
