Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs bone and skin removed
    4 cups diced fresh mushrooms
    1 cup chopped parsley
    3 garlic cloves crushed
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup home-prepared chicken stock
    salt and pepper


Directions

makes 6 servings 1 cup servings
1. salt/pepper chicken thighs and mushrooms
2. put parsley/garlic/olive oil and stock in blender for 2 spins
3. mix chicken and mushrooms and bake in oven at 200"C for 45min.
