Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground meat (in this case, beef)
    1 cup instant oats
    1 large egg
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    5 tbsp ketchup
    2 tbsp italian spices
    1 teas garlic powder
    1 tbsp dried onion flakes

Directions

Take all ingredients, aside from 2 tbsp ketchup, and knead together in a bowl. Put mixture in a small loaf pan and cook for 45 minutes in a 450 degree preheated oven.
