Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Dressing Ingredients:
    Sour Cream, fat free, 1/2 cup
    Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Splenda, 1 tsp
    Fresh Chives, 5 tbsp chopped
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

    Salad Ingredients, Cut in size of match sticks.
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove seeds)
    Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup [fresh, blanched]
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large - diced
    Onions, raw, 1 large - slice in thin rings

Directions

Mix dressing ingredients in Pyrex bowl with lid.
Add prepped salad ingredients. Mix well.
Best if refrigerated overnight before serving.

Serving Size: Divide between six serving dishes to find quantity.
