Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    1 cup black berries
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    4 packets (4 grams) stevia
    couple of twists of sea salt
    1 1/4 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup egg white substitute of free range egg whites
    3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

put the syrup and blackberries in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat, set aside
In a bowl, place flour, baking powder, salt and stevia, blend and make a well.
add liquids and blend.
In a heated skillet scoop ( I use an ice cream scoop) the batter and flip when pancake is cooked half way through.
