White Chili

Ingredients

    2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    2 (15 oz) cans fat free chicken broth
    3 chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 (7 oz) can diced green chilies
    1 small onion chopped
    1 C finely chopped celery
    1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp dried oregano

Directions


Serving Size: 10 - 1 cup servings

Put all ingredients into a larg crock pot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. When chicken is fully cooked, remove and shredd. Add chicken back to crock pot and stir.
