Baked Pineapple FIlling

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 c. butter
    1c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 can crushed pineapple
    5 slices of bread - cubed

Directions

Cream butter and sugar with mixer.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in pineapple and fold in cubed bread pieced

Pour into greases casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
