Introduction

A vegetarian version of Chef Meg's Super Speedy Sausage Rolls A vegetarian version of Chef Meg's Super Speedy Sausage Rolls
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 pkg. Gimme Lean soy sausage crumbles
    1 tube refrigerated gread dough
    4 T. shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown sausage crumbles. Flatten out bread dough. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread dough. Roll up and slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight and heat up in the morning.

Serving Size: Makes 16, 1/2 inch pieces
