Introduction

My version of a McMuffin. When homemade with egg substitute or egg whites, it's actually reasonably healthy. My version of a McMuffin. When homemade with egg substitute or egg whites, it's actually reasonably healthy.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Whole wheat english muffin
    1 Slice fat free American cheese
    3 egg whites (= one serving)
    1 slice of bacon

Directions

Cook bacon in pan until crispy
Beat egg white and cook in small pan sprayed with pam
Toast english muffin while egg is cooking
When egg and english muffin are done, lay all ingredients & enjoy!
