Simply Potatoes and broccoli

Introduction

I just added a couple of things to the bag of Simply Potatoes with onion I had on hand. I just added a couple of things to the bag of Simply Potatoes with onion I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    One bag of Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
    2 cups leftover cooked broccoli
    1 T. Smart Balance Omega Oil
    1 t. Minced Garlic

Directions

Put the oil in a skillet and heat over medium high heat until hot. Add Garlic, Potatoes and broccoli to skillet. Cover with lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until product reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F, turning every 3 to 4 minutes. Skillet should remain covered while cooking (except while turning potatoes). Serve when heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (about 2/3 cup each)
