* Cabbage, fresh, 0.333 head, large
* Swiss Chard, 2 cup, chopped
* Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2")
* Scallions, raw, 3 large
* Garlic, 2 clove
* Ginger Root, 2 tsp
* *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
* *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
* Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
* Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz
* Spring roll wrapper, 6 oz
Soften the spring roll wrappers and roll up with the cabbage mixture.
