Deviled Eggs - Lower Calorie

Introduction

This is an adapted deviled egg recipe to lower the calories for Easter lunch :)

We dyed our eggs a couple days before deviling them so they had time for the dye to soak through shell and make the eggs pretty.

Serving is one deviled egg (not a whole egg but the egg half)
