2 cups flour sifted
1/3 cup confectionery sugar
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 stick Fleischmann's unsalted margarine
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3/8 cup fruit juice (orange, peach, white cranberry)
1 tsp egg white from eggs above
Use flour until dough is not sticky; place covered dough in refrigerator to reharden 1-3 hours.
On cutting board, rollout 1 tbsp or smaller balls into traditional shapes. Place on parchment paper cookie sheet. Brush cookies with egg white/water mix. Sprinkle sesame seeds for deco.
Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes, checking bottoms of cookies do not burn. Done when golden brown.
