Ingredients

5 eggs
4 slices deli style turkey breast (98% FF)
1 oz cream cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put the eggs in a blender and blend thoroughly. Add cream cheese to the eggs and blend on pulse to blend the cheese and eggs together. Dice the 4 slices turkey into very tiny cubes. Mix egg blend and turkey cubes together in a bowl. Spray your 24-mini muffin pan. Distribute the mixture evenly in the muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow the bites to cool. The bites should easily pop out of the pan once cooled. Can be frozen flat. Refrigerate leftovers.
