Pumpkin Hazelnut Muffins

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/4 cup melted butter
    3/4 cup honey
    2 eggs
    1 cup almond meal
    1 cup hazelnuts
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions

Good with cranberries in them too. These have a texture like bread pudding, kind of heavy and moist, but delicious. May have to cook longer until knife comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 16 small muffins
