1/2 lb fresh cooked or canned tuna
1/2 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp dried mustard
1 scallion, chopped
1 tbsp diced red pepper
1/2 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
1 small/medium egg white
Fry in olive oil 3-4 minutes to brown, or bake until browned.
Serve warm with lemon wedges.
