Introduction

If you like sweet potatoes, these are delicious without extra sugar added, instead add honey and/or agave nectar. If you like sweet potatoes, these are delicious without extra sugar added, instead add honey and/or agave nectar.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 large sweet potato or yam (about 9 ozs or more)

    2 tbsp clover honey and Agave Nectar

    1/2 tbsp butter

    1/4 cup fresh squeezed tangelo juice (about 1/2 tangelo)

    Cinnamon, allspice & nutmeg mix together

    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Wash raw sweet potatoe or yam, put in oven for 20 minutes
(will not be completely baked)

In small bowl mix honey, nectar, & tangelo juice, set aside

Remove from oven and let cool 5 or 10 minutes

Peel and slice in thick circles

In small glass baking bowl spray with cooking spray, add 1/2 potatoes, season with 1/2 spices, add remainder of potatoes season with remainer of spices,

Next pour juice mixture over potatoes, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
