Ingredients



    * Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    * La Victoria Thick'n Chunky Salsa Verde Medium, 60 tbsp (2 jars)
    * Beans, black, 1 cup (Drained & Rinsed)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (Drained & Rinsed)
    * Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Cut into 1" chunks
    * Garlic, 6 tsp (2 Tblspns)

Directions

Prep your crock pot with non-stick spray. Place pork in bottom of pot. Cut a slit in the top of the pork and push in the minced garlic. Lightly sprinkle with onion powder. Place potato chunks around the pork. Pour in your beans and corn, followed by your chile verde salsa concoction over everything. Set on Low and leave go until dinner.
