1 onion, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons catsup
1/2-1 cup sour cream
parsley or chives or dill

2 Drain excess fat.
3 Add soup and remaining ingredients except sour cream.
4 Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
5 Stir in sour cream and parsley, chives or dill.
