Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    *Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup, 4 serving (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

    add garlic powder, emeril's essense, salt, pepper, italian seasonings, and any other seasoning you like.

Directions

add all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil, simmer on low for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 2 cup servings
