Stuffed Baked Apples

Introduction

Apples stuffed with a creamy & crunchy filling Apples stuffed with a creamy & crunchy filling
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Apples, suitable for baking
    1 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
    1 Cup Dry Oats
    2 Tbsp Honey
    Cinnamon/Splenda mixture to taste (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Core Apples and set in a pie plate or casserole dish
Mix all other ingredients and stuff cores of apples
Bake for 30-45 minutes or longer to desired 'done-ness'
Sprinkle with cinnamon/splenda mixture (if desired) and serve warm
