2 Tbsp butter/margarine
Onion, 1 large, chopped
2 Tbsp flour
1 liter tomato juice
2 cup milk
2.Add chopped onion and saute until onion is transparent. 3. Remove from heat and add flour stirring until all of the lumps are gone.
4. Slowly add tomato juice while whisking.
5. Let sit for a few minutes, then add milk.
Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings
