1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
2 cups 1% milk
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
14 ounces Hillshire turkey Polska sausage
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
In a large mixing bowl, mix together soup, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes and turkey kielbasa. Spoon into a 9x13 casserole dish.
Place casserole on a baking sheet and bake for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
