IntroductionLower fat version of a classic Lower fat version of a classic
2 cups white granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 stick or 8 tbsp of blue bonnet light margarine
1/2 cup milk 2%
3 cups quick cooking oats
3 tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingrediants.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or a greased pan. Cool and enjoy.
Makes 30 1-cookie servings
