Pumpkin Muffins

Introduction

These are delicious!! These are delicious!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, , 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Non fat dry milk, 0.66 cup
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutrasweet Equal packet, 6 packet
    Carrots, raw, .50 cup, grated
    *Flour, white, .12 cup
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Directions

1. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl, add eggs and vanilla, then add puumpkin, raisins and carrots. Mix well

2. Spray a 12- cup muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Put mixture into muffin pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
