Annie's Tuna Salad

Ingredients

    1 small can albacore tune in water and drained
    1 1/2 tblsp light mayo
    1 1/2 tsp pickle relish
    brown mustard to tast
    1/2 finely chopped apple
    salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

drain tuna well mix in mayo, mustard, relish and mix well, add apple and salt and pepper. Can eat on bed of lettuce or make a sandwich.

Serving Size: makes 2.5 servings
