Celery Soup

Introduction

Season with salt, pepper, sesame seeds. Add cream at end. Season with salt, pepper, sesame seeds. Add cream at end.

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth
    6 cups celery
    1/2 cauliflour
    1 large onion
    seasonings such as salt, pepper,
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    cream (optional)
    1 medium potato (optional)

Directions

Cut up celery, cauliflour, onion and potato. Place in pot with the chicken broth.
Bring to boil and boil covered for 25 minutes.
Use stick blender to make soup as creamy as desired.
Add lemon juice
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add cream if desired.

Serving Size: makes 4 large bowls of soup
