Pineapple Banana Bread

Introduction

A super moist banana bread. Doubled makes 2 loaves and 1 mini loaf. A super moist banana bread. Doubled makes 2 loaves and 1 mini loaf.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Doubled
    3 cups all purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 cup crushed & drained pineapple
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 c water?
    4 large ripe bananas

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together wet ingredients in mixer. Add dry ingredients until just combined. Bake @ 350 degrees for 63 minutes. Bake mini loaf for 35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 16 slices per large loaf
