Italian Meatballs

Introduction

These meatballs are italian style but lower fat/calories than some other recipes. Must try it! These meatballs are italian style but lower fat/calories than some other recipes. Must try it!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb or 16 oz of ground beef ( 93% lean 0
    1 egg
    2 oz of milk ( 1% )
    1/2 cup italian style breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp of salt
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tbsp fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    2 oz of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands, until mixed well.
Roll meatballs to about the size of golf balls.
Put them in a baking sheet in a 350F oven.
Bake them for about 1 hour.
Add them to your favorite sauce and let them simmer for about 1 hour before serving.

Serving Size: makes 10 meatballs
