Spicy Beef and Rice

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground beef, 16 oz
    1can Tomato Sauce, 425 grams
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain, uncooked
    1 jar Salsa, 454 grams
    1 medium Onions, raw, (2-1/2" dia)
    2 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    5 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

Brown meat, garlic and onion, drain.

Add chili power

Add tomato sauce, salsa, rice and water.

Cook until rice is done and liquid absorbed.

Add tabasco and/or cayenne pepper as desired for more heat.
