Guittard or Ghirardelli Chip Gulten Free Cookies

Introduction

No need to give up anything on gluten-free diet! I love these cookies with the big chocolate chips that Guittard or Ghirardelli offers. They are big on taste and gluten free! I also use mostly organic ingredients when ever possible. These are almost too good!
I recommend freezing the dough and making them fresh each time. Oohh that smell!

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    2 stick organic butter
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 large organic fresh eggs
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract,
    1 1/2 cups Gluten-free Bread Flour (I use Pamela's Brand) 1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups gluten-free organic oats(I use Bob's Red Mill Brand)
    1/5 plus to taste raw organic walnuts coarsely
    2 cups milk chocolate chips, Ghiraradelli or Guiddard are best

Directions

Cream butter and sugars well. Add eggs and vanilla and mix together until well incorporated. Add oats, flour mix, soda and salt. Mix then add chips and walnuts until. Chill one hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes on greased pan or parchment paper. The cookies are very soft and chewy so let them sit in the pan until set before removing to rack to cool. Enjoy.
