Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 1/3 cup
    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 2/3 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Brown Sugar Splenda, 1/4 cup

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup

    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl - reserve 1/4 cup of flour and mix with blueberries to add last.

Mix together egg, milk, melted butter
Pour over flour mixture and mix gently.
Don't over beat - just until flour is wet
Add blueberry mixture.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.
