Turkey Burgers GF

Gluten Free Turkey Burgers Gluten Free Turkey BurgersNumber of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1/3 cup onion,
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp dried Parsely
1/4 tsp garlic powders
1/2 - 3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
1. Chop onion, celery and carrots very finely with a food processor.
2. In a mixing Bowl, place the turkey meat. Add the chopped veggie mixture, herbs and seasonings into the bowl. Mix the turkey meat until throughly mixed.
3. Using a large skillet, add the oil and heat to meduim heat. Fom the turkey mixture into about six patties. Cook on the skillet , about 3-5 minutes a side or until cooked through Try not to press down on the burgers while they are cooking.
Serving Size: makes 6 patties
