Cheese Ravioli with veggies

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Mama Rosie's frozen cheese ravioli, 6 serving
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Asparagus, fresh, 14 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    Spinach 2 cups

Directions

heat olive oil in large skillet, add all veggies but spinach and cook til soft. Boil water and add ravioli package. Cook til done. Add spinach to the veggies and add the drained raviolis to veggies. Can top with Mrs Dash and Parm. cheese.
