Sauted Apples

Ingredients

    6 cups diced apples (peeled)
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Peel, core, and dice apples of your choice. Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add apples. Saute until tender. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Turn heat to low. Continue to saute until sugar is dissolved.

Serving Size: 10 to 12 half-cup servings (approximately)
