1 Chicken breast (1/2 a breast per serving)
4 tbsp Kraft fat free italian salad dressing
1/2 cup smashed PC blue menu fibre first cereal (or any other bran-flake type cereal)
2. Smash the cereal. Its easy if you put the cereal in a zippy bag (remove all the air before sealing) and then press the cereal with the back of spoon or roll over the cereal with a rolling pin.
2. Dip chicken in the salad dressing and then in the cereal
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F
