Introduction

Slow cook beef brisket with baby carrots, red potatoes, pearl onions, jalapeņos, and Goya seasoning. Slow cook beef brisket with baby carrots, red potatoes, pearl onions, jalapeņos, and Goya seasoning.

Ingredients

    2.5 lb - Beef Brisket w/ fat
    0.5 lb - Baby Carrots
    6 oz - White pearl onions
    9-10 Red potatoes
    2 whole jalapeņo peppers
    2 Packets- Goya Sazon Seasoning
    2 c - water
    Black Pepper

Directions

Place brisket (fat side up) in Crockpot and add carrots, potatoes, onion, and jalapeņos on top. Sprinkle seasoning over food. Add water and black pepper.

Cook on low more than 8 hours of cooking or high for 4-6 hours of cooking.
