Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened baking chocolate squares, grated
    3 large bananas

Directions

Slice the 3 bananas, 10 even slices per banana.
Freeze slices covered on a flat pan. Freezing them for 24 hours works best.
When the slices are frozen, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Prep a flat pan with wax paper. Take the slices off the frozen pan with a long toothpick (one on either side of banana slice works best), dip in warm melted chocolate, allow excess to drip back into the pan, place on wax paper. Repeat with each banana slice. Freeze uncovered for 2 more hours. If longer, cover at the two hour point or put in a baggy for storage in the freezer. Eat one to satisfy those chocolate or ice cream cravings!
